The importance of First Aid
First aid is essential for effective emergency management. It represents the initial interventions applied in case of accidents or medical emergencies, before specialized help arrives. By providing proper first aid, we can save lives, reduce suffering and speed up the recovery of those affected. We, the Red Cross Society of Moldova, are committed to promoting the knowledge and skills needed to deal with these critical situations.
Study Curriculum for Training
Our first aid training program is designed according to the latest standards set by the CGRPA (Global First Aid Reference Center)
Our curriculum covers:
Resuscitation Techniques: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) procedures and the use of automated external defibrillators (AED).
Bleeding Management: Effective methods of stopping bleeding and applying bandages.
Trauma Management: Proper cleaning and dressing of wounds to prevent infection.
First Aid for Various Emergencies: Specific approaches to health problems such as severe allergies, poisoning and burns.
Qualified First Aid training
We offer basic first aid training for both individuals and organizations. Our courses are taught by certified instructors and include theoretical and practical sessions to ensure a thorough understanding of first aid techniques. Participants receive Certificates attesting to the acquired skills.
