Mental Health and Psychosocial Support Program

Mental health is essential for our overall well-being. At the Red Cross Society of Moldova, we run psychosocial support programs for vulnerable individuals, including refugees and people with disabilities. Our activities focus on providing emotional support, counseling sessions, and training for stress and anxiety management. By involving trained volunteers, we offer support to communities in times of crisis, helping those affected regain their mental balance and rebuild their lives in a healthy and positive way.
